We offer two entrée sizes:
Standard: A generous single-serving meal with about 5–6 oz of protein, paired with seasonal vegetables (4–6 oz) and a wholesome starch or grain. Perfect for most customers who want a balanced, nutrient-dense portion.
Abundant: A heartier serving with about 7–8 oz of protein, along with extra vegetables (6–8 oz) and a fuller portion of starch or grain. Created for athletes, highly active lifestyles, or anyone who prefers a more substantial plate.
Both options are built around the same organic, regenerative, seed oil–free ingredients. The difference is simply in portion size — whether you want a nourishing, balanced plate or a bigger meal to keep you fueled longer.
