Brooke Robertson: Co-founder, Head Chef

Brooke found her love of cooking from traveling and seeing the need for resourceful cooking using local ingredients for sustainability and quality. She learned global cooking techniques from chefs around the world. Brooke believes that what we put into our body affects our entire livelihood and is passionate about sharing meals and connection with the community.

Giovanni Doemeny: Co-founder, Head of Business & Sustainability

Giovanni is passionate about health, sustainability, and purposeful living. He has 10 years of business experience in start-ups and impact-driven and sustainability companies. At age 25, Giovanni overcame testicular cancer, which instilled in him a passion for living healthfully and mindfully. Giovanni believes that connecting with our food helps us connect with our community and our planet.
