Salt + Soil Shipping & Delivery Policy

Salt + Soil provides local delivery of freshly prepared meals throughout coastal San Diego each week. All meals are made to order and delivered directly to your doorstep.
Delivery Schedule

Deliveries take place every Tuesday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Orders must be placed or updated by Saturday at 8:00 PM to be included in Tuesday’s delivery.

Orders submitted after the deadline will roll over to the following week.
Delivery Details

Meals are delivered in insulated bags with ice packs and will be left at your front door unless otherwise specified.

You will receive a delivery notification via email and/or text once your order has been delivered.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery or retrieve it promptly.
Food Safety

All meals must be refrigerated within 30 minutes of delivery to ensure freshness and food safety.

Salt + Soil is not responsible for theft, spoilage, or quality issues resulting from food left unrefrigerated or unattended after delivery.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver to select zip codes within coastal San Diego. To confirm availability in your area, please visit our website or contact support@saltandsoilsd.com before placing your order.
Missed Deliveries
If you will be unavailable during the scheduled delivery window, please contact support@saltandsoilsd.com prior to the cutoff time. While we cannot guarantee alternate arrangements, we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
