We offer two entrée sizes:
Standard: A single-serving meal with about 5–6 oz of protein, paired with seasonal vegetables (4–6 oz) and a wholesome starch or grain. Perfect for customers with a standard appetite who want a balanced, nutrient-dense portion.
Abundant: A heartier serving with about 7–8 oz of protein, along with extra vegetables (6–8 oz) and a fuller portion of starch or grain. Created for athletes, highly active lifestyles, postpartum moms, or anyone who prefers a more substantial plate.
