Cookie Dough Protein Bites
Makes: ~12 balls
Ingredients
- ½ cup nut butter of choice (peanut, almond, cashew)
- ⅓ cup protein powder of choice (vanilla or chocolate works best)
- ¼ cup gluten-free flour (oat flour for soft texture, almond flour for richer taste)
- 2–3 Tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness & binding)
- 2–3 Tbsp dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
- 1/2 Tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Mix wet & dry
In a medium bowl, stir together nut butter, protein powder, gluten-free flour, and sweetener until a dough forms. - Add chocolate
Fold in dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs. - Shape
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined plate or tray. - Chill
Refrigerate at least 20–30 minutes to firm up. - Enjoy
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for longer storage.
